Went to Brake Masters #103 & was greeted by Marco. I wanted an oil change & it was going to take hour & half, I said no problem. Next thing I know it was done in half the time. Marco was a very efficient leader & had excellent customer service skills. This is why I continue to go to Brake Masters!Been coming here for about 10 years and never did I feel I was overcharged or never had to return for faulty parts or labor. Al is a great service writer

I went here for a brake inspection fully expecting to have to replace my brake pads and/or rotors because they’d been squeaking for MONTHS…they did the inspection and told me my brakes were practically new, that I could replace them if the squeaks bothered me, but that I really didn’t have to. I was shocked by the man’s honesty. When it came time to pay, I expected to pay for labor costs at least, but the man said there was no charge. I even asked specifically what I owed for labor and he PRETENDED TO THINK ABOUT IT and still CHARGED ME NOTHING! I hadn’t read any reviews on this business before booking my appointment online and I really thought I’d be taken advantage of like most everywhere else I’ve been. Ladies especially, I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here for servicing. I don’t write reviews often, but the excellent service and honesty stands out from the rest and needed to be highlighted.

My brakes were squeaking like a semi-truck. Was not sure what the problem was. I took my car in by appointment and got the pads changed, along with the lifetime warranty. I left and went to the store next day and they were squeaking again.I was pretty unhappy and unsure why. Enrique was able to get me in on the following Friday to figure out what was going on with no charge because of the lifetime warranty. Thank you Enrique.
